O evento norte-americano que está a decorrer em Seattle durante este fim de semana costuma ser um grande foco de novidades LEGO. A primeira foi o anúncio oficial do lançamento para janeiro do 10223 Kingdoms Joust. Outras novidades são as estreias de muitos MOCs em eventos ao vivo.

Utilizem o grupo BrickCon no Flickr para ver centenas de imagens deste importante evento LEGO.

A LEGO lançou um concurso interessante (viral?) na página do Facebook que faz mesmo lembrar a atividade do Manel na 0937. Fica aqui a descrição em inglês do concurso.

“The George Sighting Competition:

To enter the competition here is what you do:
1. Build George with your own bricks
2. Place him in an awesome spot and take a picture.
3. Upload your pictures to the http://www.facebook.com/legogroup and show them to all the other amazing LEGO fans.
4. Win! If your picture receives the highest number of likes – then you win!

PRIZES
1st Prize- LEGO Super Star Destroyer and George’s awesome gift
